| Who We Are The Academy Leadership Associates, LLC (ALA) specializes in the improvement of organizational performance through the training and development of current and future leaders. The highly educated and experienced professionals of ALA assess human performance gaps, analyze data to determine underlying causality, develop intervention strategies, and thereafter design a performance improvement plan that includes training and education programs, experiential learning, coaching and mentoring. In addition, the firm provides consultation services regarding program evaluation, organizational design, work-flow analysis, and related assessments of work performance. ALA is a unique company offering exceptional leadership training, consulting and program management in a variety of domains and for a broad range of clients. The five senior partners have an extraordinary range of experience separating them from other companies offering development and leadership training. All of these talented individuals have been instructors in the world renowned National Academy Program at the FBI Academy; all have multiple graduate degrees, some at the PhD level; each brings a special background as a result of approximately 150 combined years of law enforcement, military and teaching experience; and all have been leadership practitioners in addition to their role as adult educators. |
